Hybrid event

We are very happy to have an in-person meeting again. Nevertheless, we want to offer an opportunity for online participation.

The talks of the Main Conference will be live-streamed via hopin, given speakers consent. Streamed talks will be recorded and will be made available for time independent viewing in the Conference Repository. Posters will be visible in the Conference Repository. The poster presenters are encouraged to provide brief video introductions as well as their contact data to individually schedule discussions beyond the onsite poster sessions.

With these measures, the Bernstein Conference takes an important step to maintain the increased accessibility of the meeting for an international and diverse audience.

Participating online

All participant of the Bernstein Conference will automatically get online access to the browser-based platform and the Smartphone app, available for Android and iOS. Short-term announcements will be communicated through the app and via e-mail.

Through the app and the browser-based platform, you will be able to follow the Main Conference livestreams, post questions during the Q&A session, and get in contact with other conference participants via public and private chat, or private video calls.

More detailed in information on the platform and how to use it will follow soon.

The repository will open on September 1, 2022 and is accessible to participants only.

Here you will find:

  • All abstracts of invited and contributed talks
  • Posters and video introductions as far as provided by the poster presenters
  • Recordings of the talks after the livestream, given speakers consent
  • Additional information on the conference, e.g. floor plans.

The repository will remain open until October 30, 2022.
