Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is now open.

After June 15, 2022, only poster abstracts can be submitted. All accepted abstracts will be published online and will be citable via Digital Object Identifiers (DOI).

To submit your abstract, fill in the online form provided in the abstract submission tool. Please note that the text body of your abstract shall not exceed 2500 characters (Title, authors and affiliations not included).

The deadline for poster abstracts is July 18!

Please note: Presenters must register for the Main Conference. Register here before July 24, 2022 to benefit from Early Bird rates.

Contributed talks

Contributed talks will be presented in single track mode. The talks are selected by the Program Committee to highlight and appreciate the outstanding work of the researchers in the field of computational neuroscience. Talks must not exceed 10 minutes and allow 5 minutes for Q&A.

The deadline for abstracts to be considered as contributed talks has passed!

Selection of contributed talks

The contributed talks will be selected in a (double-)blind review process.
Please design your abstract accordingly and ensure that no author or affiliation identifiers are included. Cite all relevant prior work (including your own) only in the passive voice or in the third person (for example, “It has been shown that… [1]” or “They have shown that… [1]”), do not use the words “my” or “our”, and do not include references to funding sources.

Abstracts that have not been properly anonymized cannot be considered for contributed talks.

If your submitted abstract will not be selected for a contributed talk, it will automatically be considered for revision for potential poster presentation.

Posters

The Poster Sessions are a platform for scientists to present their work to the community and actively engage in thorough discussions with other scientists.

Posters must be uploaded to the Conference Repository before September 1, 2022. Following the very positive feedback of the past online conferences, presenters are strongly encouraged to also provide a brief pre-recorded poster introduction video (max. 5 min). Feel free to contact us on any questions about recording.

Our Conference Repository is provided by G-Node on the data infrastructure GIN. Supplemental material may be added, if necessary. Access is limited to registered conference participants only.

For the Poster Sessions, specific time slots will be allocated for the presenters. Onsite presentation is mandatory. Poster presenters can additionally provide contact details to allow participants to get in touch with them beyond the allocated Poster Session.

The Conference Repository will open by early September 2022 and will also be available in the weeks after the conference.
