Reaching Frankfurt
Frankfurt am Main is with its almost 800.000 inhabitants one of the biggest cities in Germany. Due to its central location, it has developed into an infrastructural hub in Germany and Europe and can be easily reached by train via Frankfurt Central Station or plane via Frankfurt Airport (FRA).
Please note: “Frankfurt am Main”, often simply referred to as “Frankfurt”, is located in central Germany at the Main river. There is also a city called “Frankfurt (Oder)” located at the Oder river in the east of Germany. When planning your trip pay attention to aim for Frankfurt am Main.
